Statement from Ironshore and Update from Heritage re Potential Offer - 21.01.08

Ironshore Inc. made a statement to the London Stock Exchange on Friday evening after the market closed saying that "based on public information and discussions with Heritage it has become clear that the parties are unable to reach agreement on the terms of a recommended offer.  Ironshore confirms that it has no current intention of making an offer for Heritage".
Heritage said this morning: "other approaches have been received which may lead to an offer for the shares in the Company".
