Nicholas joined Lloyd’s in 1977 to work for C.E. Heath and Co. Ltd and moved to the underwriting agency side in 1983. In 1994 he became a founding equity director of Falcon Agencies. He was appointed Director of HAL and Chairman of Hampden Underwriting Research in 2002. Nicholas is FCII qualified.
