Roger joined CT Bowring in 1971 where he was a broker, initially in the Aviation Department, and was then appointed a director of the Non-Marine Treaty Department. In 1985 he became a director of Bowring Members’ Agency which was acquired by Murray Lawrence and Partners. In 1994 he joined Wellington Member’s Agency as a director. Wellington subsequently merged with Stace Barr/Amlin which, in turn, was bought by CBS. Roger joined Hampden in 2005.
