Internet Monitoring

To maintain the security of its systems, protect its staff and detect fraud and other crimes, Hampden reserves the right to monitor all internet communications, including web and e-mail traffic, into and out of its domains. Such monitoring includes, but is not limited to, checks for viruses and other malignant code, criminal activity and use or content which breaches Hampden’s internal policies. Hampden also reserves the right not to deliver any communication that breaches its internal policies.

Telephone Call Monitoring

A call recording system is in place to record all telephone calls that take place within the Hampden group offices. The main purpose of the call recording system is to establish facts for various reasons such as ascertaining regulatory compliance and preventing or detecting crime.
