Nomina Plc provides a wide-ranging administrative service for our limited liability clients being either Namecos or LLPs.

Nomina currently looks after in excess of 600 Namecos. Our services include all the management and administration services necessary to ensure the proper management and conduct of each company, its board and company secretary. We undertake to handle the roles of compliance, accounting, audit arrangement, and Inland revenue reporting.

We can also assist Nameco proprietors with the administration of the company after all its Lloyd's affairs have been completed.

Last year LLPs were allowed to underwrite at Lloyd's for the first time for the 2007 account. Over 200 existing clients converted from unlimited liability to LLPs and a further 12 new clients joined Lloyd's on this basis including some syndicate staff. We believe this trend of conversion from unlimited liability will continue in future years.
