He joined Lloyd's in 1968 after Cambridge. His distinguished career included serving as Lloyd's Deputy Chairman between 2007 and 2014.

Graham was Chairman of CBS and the Amlin members' agencies. He was appointed Chairman of Argenta Private Capital Ltd in 2011 and retired from this position in August 2015. He was also Deputy Chairman of Argenta Syndicate Management Limited and a Non-Executive Director of Argenta Holdings plc until July 2017.

Latterly he brought his extensive experience to several different Lloyd's market firms.

Everyone who met Graham found him to be a warm and intelligent man, ready to help with any problem. He will be greatly missed. Our sincere condolences to his family.
