We provide run-off management and administration services for all or part of your legacy business. We employ specialist (re)insurance practitioners who can assist with issues arising from discontinued business including claims adjusting, inspections, preparation of accounts and regulatory returns.

Finality Solutions

Our finality solutions include acquisition, Part VII transfers, a court-sanctioned legal transfer of some or all of the policies of one company to another or a process that enables shareholders to appoint a liquidator in order to formally close down a solvent company.

Captives

Hampden specialises in solutions for smaller, end of life captives. Our Guernsey based structure can offer solutions for the disposal of non–core or run-off captives.
