Formed in 1977 by the current chairman, Tim Oliver, the business expanded over the succeeding decades to manage over 250 syndicates and acquire most of the companies that were looking after Lloyd’s investors. By 1999 Hampden Agencies had become, and still is today, the largest Members’ agent.
As well as continuing to build our expertise and reputation as the leading adviser to individuals and organisations looking to invest in the Lloyd’s market, the group has expanded to provide a range of complementary financial services.
