Independent Non Executive Director, and Audit & Risk Committee Chair
Elizabeth joined the board of Hampden Agencies in 2020 and serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee. She also is a member of the Conflicts Committee for Hampden Capital. Elizabeth has over 30 years of experience in highly regulated and complex organisations across the UK and international financial services industries and is a qualified chartered accountant and Fellow of the ICAEW. Alongside her Hampden responsibilities, Elizabeth serves as the Independent Chair of Vocalink, a Mastercard company, a Non-Executive Director and member of HMRC’s Audit & Risk Committee and as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of Great American International Insurance (UK)’s Risk Committee.
