Malcolm joined the board of Hampden Agencies in January 2023 as an Independent Non-Executive Director. He has worked extensively in the insurance sector in both executive and Board roles, with organisations such as QBE, Ageas, Randall & Quilter, Prudential and Cigna. He brings a strong focus on strategic development in addition to his technical skills and working knowledge of the London Market. Also, he has held leadership positions in three Big Four accountancy firms.
