Neil has been working in the Lloyd’s market since 1986, starting with The Lloyd’s Corporation in 1986. He joined Falcon Agencies in 1989 and then transferred to Hampden. Having been in charge of the Lloyd's capacity auctions and distribution exercises of client profits, in 2007 he became an Assistant to several Private Client Directors. Neil has led the Limited Liability Vehicle (LLV) sales team.
