Stephen Harris

Stephen joined Hampden in 1994 having previously worked in the accountancy sector. He initially worked in the Group Finance team prior to qualifying as a Chartered Company Secretary and setting up the Secretariat and Governance function. He was Group Company Secretary for a number of years gradually moving into the management of the group. He was appointed Group COO in 2012, and as the group expanded further he was then appointed Group CEO in 2016. The Group CEO roles covers the oversight and management of strategy in the group, working with subsidiary group company management teams to drive long term performance and ensuring the representation of the Group holding company board and shareholders.
