Tom is Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Hampden Agencies and Independent Non-Executive Director of Hampden Capital. He has been involved in the Lloyd’s market since working for Bain Dawes Insurance Brokers in 1982 and has been a member of Lloyd’s since 1986. From 1988 to 2013, Tom had an active political and Ministerial career and served in Her Majesty’s Government as Leader of the House of Lords and Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster. He has a wide range of expertise and knowledge in advising many UK and international companies.
